Job Description : Qualifications· Commercial Residential Real Estate Accounting: 2 years’ experience (Required).· Associate degree in accounting.· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting system· Knowledge of accounting software such as, QuickBook, Yardi and / or AppFolio.· Organize, accurate and detail oriented.· Able to work independently and as part of a team.Full Job DescriptionA Commercial Real Estate Company in South Florida is looking for a Property Account.· Post financial transactions to accounts.· Enter, accrual and adjusting monthly and year end entries.· Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.· Update and maintain the general ledgers.· Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system.· Maintaining the trial balance.· Accounts reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements.· Able to follow-up and provide financial documentation.· Yearly budget preparation· Complete audit request and reconciliations of accounts· Responsible for identifying and preventing discrepancies while maintaining system controlsJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $48,000.00 – $52,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offPhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Commercial Residential Real State Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
