Compliances of the Companies Act 2013 rules made there to including preparation and timely submission of various forms
Compliance under SEBI listing regulations and other applicable regulations including timely submissions with the exchanges as may be required
Drafting of Agenda and Minutes Board reports and AGM / EGM notices
Maintain statutory records and registers
Attend to investor grievances as may be assigned from time to time
Co-ordinate with various departments and collect the requisite information for board meetings annual reports and audit
Qualifications :
CS
Preference / Skills :
Experience of working in Listed company
