Job Description : Janani Life | Consultant | MD Pathology We are looking for an experienced pathologist to be responsible for defining lab tests, laboratory work and pathological research. You will work in various medical settings and carry-out research to implement Laboratory Developed Test (LDT) for Janani.Who are we?Janani.life (YC W22) is a holistic, digital healthcare platform that effectively combines technology with medical expertise to provide affordable, convenient and end to end solutions reproductive health and fertility. In simpler words, we aim at building a community that makes all other fertility services obsolete.Responsibilities: · Undertaking research to improve testing methods and find innovative ways.· Implementing possible ways for specimen analysis and understanding the required laboratory tools and equipment in order to study samples and perform tests· Define process to identify the etiology, pathogenesis, morphological change, and clinical significance of diseases through LDT.· Structure the pathology reports summarizing analyses, results, and conclusions.· Suggesting the best output for diagnostic set-up through the Laboratory Developed test.· Staying up to date with developments in the fields of pathology and medical practiceYou should apply if: · Doctor of Medicine (MD) Pathology· 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in the pathology field.· Valid and active medical license.· Exceptional Analytical and research skills.· Deep understanding of Laboratory Developed Test (LDT)· Experience with handling lab set-up projects, testing equipment’s and lab process definition.· Can dedicate 3-4 hours/ day.Consultancy service duration: 3 months**Can be extended based on project completionJob Types: Full-time, Contractual / TemporaryContract length: 3 monthsSalary: ₹371,804.00 – ₹1,532,303.00 per yearSchedule:Rotational shiftExperience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Medical license (Required)
