At Clinikk, the Medical team is charged with ensuring the quality of care and implementation of care protocols. Our goal is to use upcoming technologies in medical science to create protocol based, standardised care thereby improving the accessibility, affordability and quality of medical care. We engage with our subscribers using telemedicine & physical consultations in our clinics.We work closely with product, design & engineering teams to build the core technology to assist in diagnostic evaluation, implementation of protocol based treatment, screenings, chronic disease care and creating medical awareness in the community.We also help & guide subscribers at every step of the insurance claim process.Roles & Responsibilities Implement new innovations, processes, care protocols and clinical workflows in the Clinikk medical centers.Creating patient health programs using historical dataHelp In creating care plan protocol & programmes for educating patients. Focusing on illness prevention as well as treatment.Coordinating care with other medical professionals.Help set up & create the company culture of ensuring empathy at every step of the clinical workflow.Setup care teams & ensure delivery of care management plans.Ability to express complicated information in an accessible manner for patients and caregivers.Guides patients and caregivers on illness and injury prevention and promotes lifelong health practices.Skills and Qualifications MBBS + MD/DNB/DCH Paediatrics0-4 years of professional experience.High Ownership with bias for execution.Collaboration with multiple internal teams.Bias towards continuous learning while also mentoring peers.Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / TemporaryContract length: 12 monthsPart-time hours: 4 per weekSalary: ₹22,000.00 per monthSchedule:Evening shiftFixed shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Multiple Locations , Bengaluru – 560076, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Master’s (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Medical Doctors: 1 year (Required)Language:Kannada (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
