Job Description : Job description:As a psychologist and emotional counselor, your role is to help chronic patients with emotional matters such as stress and poor sleep. You will also play a crucial role in building evidence-based tailored care plans and psychological tools for chronic patients to help them in disease management. You will be responsible for interacting with patient and specialist doctors, to help in product and content development. You will be engaged in developing the world’s first chronic care management tool with a multi-specialty care team as its core.Education and experienceMinimum Masters in Psychology from elite colleges, bonus points for Ph.D. in Psychology.20+ years of medical practice experience.Experience in handling cancer patients is a must.Experience in psychology care delivered via the phone/ video preferred.SkillsDeep experience in handling chronic patient issues such as stress, sleep disorders, locus of control, social isolationDeep knowledge of latest treatment protocols in India and globally for role of psychology in chronic disease treatment and managementExceptional verbal and communication skills, with an ability to formulate and present analysis and arguments in a clear, crisp, and structured mannerExcellent time-management skillsProficient in MS OfficeResponsibilitiesInteract with patients regularly via telephonic or video callsDevelop an evidence-based care plan for psychological care of chronic patientsDevelop psychology tools such as patient assessment surveys, relaxation techniques, sleep management techniquesContribute to the development of technical products (such as symptom analyzers) and content for chronic disease management.Job Types: Part-time, Regular / PermanentPart-time hours: 35 per weekSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 10 years (Required)Expected Start Date: 15/03/2022
