This niche HR Tech space is attracting attention from candidates who love challenges and want to learn new things everyday in a product R&D environment.This OpportunityWe’re looking for a Sr. Content Editor who has a strong understanding of how the Product based SaaS company works and can consistently come up with bold and innovative copy ideas. It’s a fast-paced, high-adrenaline job, with plenty of opportunities to learn from. If you believe you can push our brand to the forefront with your ideas, we would like to meet you.Your tasks and responsibilities will include:Work directly with the content team, agencies and freelance content creators to streamline content delivery.Create and update guidelines regularly to ensure that different types of content match Engagedly’s blog intent.Proofread, restructure and edit content received from all contributors and in-house content writers as per brand and SEO guidelines.Conduct in-depth content audits and hygiene checks from time to time. Suggest ways to improve traffic and engagement by using various content performance tools.Write well-researched content for high-impact properties such as case studies, newsletters, eBooks, technical documentation, marketing collaterals, PR articles, authority pieces for LinkedIn and blogs.Collaborate with various internal teams and stakeholders to manage the editorial calendar for the blog, incorporating SEO best practices.Must be well-versed in vendor management, onboarding high-quality content creators/agencies, negotiating the best price/deliverables.Ensure smooth delivery of content within TAT as per brand guidelines.Keep up with the changing market standards and search engine requirements.Tool proficiencyGoogle analyticsKeyword planners like Ahrefs, Google keyword planner, SEMRush, Tubebuddy, etc.Behavioral analytics tools such as HotJar, CrazyEgg, Lucky orange, etc.Basic editorial tools like Grammarly, CoSchedule.CMS tools: WordPress, HubSpot.To do that, it’s essential you bring the following:3-5 years of content editing/content quality assurance experience in fast-paced growth startups (B2B)/ media companies /creative content agenciesDeep understanding of SEO (keyword research, SERP rankings optimization, Link Building)Has owned brand communication & marketing communication previouslyPrevious experience with video content scriptwritingWhy should I join Engagedly?You get to directly contribute to a fast-growing product, in a domain that has seen tremendous growthWork independently with your chosen methods to drive resultsPhenomenal learning experience with guaranteed self-development & growthNo dearth to growing within the Product Management track.
