Role Description:
Main Purpose
The main purpose of the Content Manager for NZT Practice role is to be responsible for the co-ordination of the portfolio artefacts and successful communication of the products and services. This role is essential to ensure all artefacts and fit for purpose and to an acceptable level of quality to deliver an industry leading portfolio for AtoZero portfolio services.
Reports to
The Head of the Decarbonization practice portfolio.
Role responsibilities :
The complete Net Zero portfolio comprises Advisory (EcoAct), Digital IT (Practices), Industry IT (Atos Industries) and offsetting (EcoAct). The Content Manager for NZT Practice role scope covers all the artefacts across these associated products and services.
Co-ordination with Atos COA2 on the standard methodologies for document and knowledge management considering the policies of Atos mandatory Document Management
Co-ordination with industry and practice portfolio leads related to the AtoZero portfolio services artefacts
Co-ordination of artefacts which comprise, but are not limited to both ready to sell and ready to deliver collateral such as customer presentations, proposal text, statements of work, pricing, costing, training videos, repository sites etc
Management of any Atos official repository where AtoZero artefacts are stored
Quality check every document before publishing to a formal repository considering Atos layout and styles according to the Atos communication toolkits / Brand Bible.
Management of collateral both direct and indirect for AtoZero services
Management of EcoAct artefact integration
Helping product managers in driving the creation of new artefacts if deemed missing
Helping product managers in driving the creation of new artefacts for new AtoZero services
Tracking review dates for published collateral and send review reminders to the authors when collateral is deemed to need refreshing
Working with ALL practices and industries when publishing AtoZero artefacts.
Working with practice partners to understand the decarbonization elements and potential within the 3rd party services.
Support product managers and marketing in effectively promoting the portfolio to sales, presales and key stakeholder in order that they are informed as to what can be supported within the context of the offerings and climate related benefits.
Support product managers if required in artefact standards when working on opportunities with partners for decarbonization
Liaise with Product Managers, Atos Alliance leads, and Atos Marketing to facilitate good market communications regarding the Product set by utilizing the various media types available in corporate marketing
It will be important have a desire to understand the basics of climate change urgency and implications, and how Atos can help businesses support the move to emission reduction, and ultimately net zero
Competence Requirements
General

Technical
Knowledge management experience in a similar role managing portfolio service artefacts
Working knowledge of core practice services (cloud, workplace, network, applications, IoT, data center, etc)
Working knowledge of Atos SPRING organisational structure and key stakeholder roles for portfolio.
Strong skills in the use of O365 products
Awareness of applicable Atos standards, tools and ways of working particularly in product lifecycle management
Strong experience in repository tools such as SharePoint
5 .Qualifications
Education: degree level and/or significant experience in field
6.Previous Experience
The GPPM role is GCM 4-5.
2-3 years’ experience of working in an IT based work environment
2-3 years of involvement with Product Management activities within a company
Experience of company practices and procedures
experience of Product Management
Proven experience of Atos Origin practices and procedures and wider experience of Product Management
