Position Summary: Are you an experienced Content Marketing Manager who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment, where product launches happen often — not once or twice a year? You love collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve excellent results. You enjoy honing in on the details to produce exceptional work for effectively marketing products and services. This role is open to anywhere remote in Canada and India.

Roles & Responsibilities: • Partner with product managers, researchers, and the marketing team to write and deliver compelling product content for Pivotree’s website, sales enablement materials, marketing campaigns, collateral, presentations, press releases and case studies. • Distill complex information into simple, concise language. Infuse SEO and conversion tactics/strategies into content development. • Collaborate on projects across the entire design lifecycle and multiple product launches.

Plan, define, and develop content for all product, services and cross-business unit experiences, including eCommerce, Data Management and Supply Chain ensuring prioritization for execution across corporate marketing teams. • Lead the integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand • Support and maintain Pivotree’s voice and style, incorporating our editorial and tone guidelines, to ensure consistency across platforms upholding content policies, standards, and guidelines • Coordinate product and company wide analyst briefings and support the production of briefing presentations. • Work closely with product managers on individual product value propositions and product naming. • Explore and discover customer pain points in conjunction with our Customer Experience lead to discover opportunities to improve the user experience through content.
Develop and maintain editorial calendars and content project plans; provide regular updates to stakeholders, and determine metrics for ensuring effectiveness of marketing content Key Skills and Competencies: • 5+ years of professional writing experience (preferably a mix of product and marketing), and in a communication, editorial, or content marketing role with a demonstrated understanding of B2B • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related diploma / degree • Knowledge of the B2B purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create demand and accelerate leads • Ability to understand and analyze engagement metrics and adjust the strategy accordingly • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven track record in digital and traditional marketing content creation and development • Working knowledge of SEO best practices • Ability to work on tight deadlines • Able to thrive in ambiguity • Strong analytical skills • Experience with CMS systems like WordPress, Webflow and content creation platforms like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Canva are a plus along with Monday.com Pivotree is an equal opportunity employer.
