Job Description : Continuous Cost Improvement (CCI) Controller Daimler Truck North America LLCAufgabenContinuous Cost Improvement Controller works closely with the CCI Team, Engineering, Changeover, Quality and other Finance areas to evaluate business cases, validate financial impacts of completed initiatives and assist our cross-functional partners to drive great business decisions.Responsibilities:Comprehensive analysis of the impact of CCI projects, considering all cost implications.Perform validation requirements to provide feedback on the actual results of CCI projects.Provide ad hoc cost analysis and recommendations in a timely manner to ensure CCI profitability targets are maintained.Provide user input and recommendations to improve systems to enhance productivity.Work together with all functional CCI areas in order to identify continuous improvement opportunities.Support CCI Program Manager with reports to provide transparency on cost savings on a per unit and per model basis.Support the preparation of information provided to TBB and DTNA Management on a regular basis.Coordinate and work with other departments to determine CCI initiative costs including Manufacturing, Pricing, Sales, Procurement, and Engineering.Collect data, resolve discrepancies, and provide reports as needed.Support controlling efforts to provide a net material cost view combining both CCI with technical related cost increases.QualifikationenTypically requires a Bachelors DegreeTypically requires 2-4 years of relevant experience or 6 years experience in lieu of degreeRequires working knowledge and expanded professional experience in job fieldRequires understanding of key business driversWorks independently within guidelines and policies to solve problems of moderate complexityProvides informal guidance to new team membersMay lead projects or processes as requiredStellennummer:DT-274Veröffentlichungsdatum:10.03.2022Tätigkeitsbereich:Finance/ControllingFachabteilungFinance and Controlling Thomas BBenefitsKontaktDTNA External RecruitingEmail: dtnarecruiting@daimler.comJob Type: Full-time
