Job Description : Growing private multi state company looking for a controller to take on new projects of process and systems improvements as well as lead the accounting team. Must have CPA.Developing internal control guidelines, policies and procedures for budget accounting, cash and credit management, administration, and other activities.Solid understanding of company tax functions.Time to be a leader and a mentor. As much as be able to interact and work with all levels of employees and management.Coordinating and directing budgeting, procurement, amortizations, and financial planning.Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards.Establishing and maintaining financial controls with the accounting department.Preparing and presenting financial reports and risk analysis.Creating budgets and forecasts. Managing expenses through Concur.Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.Experience in system migrations and conversions.
