Job Description : A rapidly growing healthcare company located in Gilbert is partnering with The Hire Mark to find a hungry and hands-on Controller. The Hire Mark is seeking an experienced Controller/Accounting Manager with prior healthcare industry experience and a professional that is passionate about building accounting processes and mentoring a team!

Responsibilities:
Build the accounting function, processes, and team
Hands on in booking journal entries, reconciliations, and responsible for leading and completing month-end close and financial statements
Lead automation and streamlining initiatives
Manage and mentor direct reports within the accounting team

Requirements:
BS in Accounting or Finance required
Hands on Controller that has had prior experience building processes and procedures
Healthcare industry experience required
5+ years of Controllership/Accounting Manager experience required
