Job Description : Talent Health Recruiters is looking for a Controller to work for a large Licensed Home Care Agency in Brooklyn. As the Controller, you will play an integral part in the financial component of the agency.Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day financial responsibilities, including daily bank and accounts receivablereconciliations, as well as accounts payable and receivable vendor issuesOversee Payroll and Accounts Receivable billingPrepare monthly analyzed financial statementsDevelop monthly internal cost reportsProduce detailed monthly payroll and benefit analysisOversee the year-end financial audit with the auditorsHandle the annual 401k and workers’ compensation auditsReview and renew annual insurance policiesCreation and analysis of on-site profit and loss and cash flow statementsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Master’s a plus3+ years Accounting experience including 4 years in mid–level accounting positions withMultiple staff supervision preferredHome Care experience is preferred.Preferred Skills:Word, Excel, Outlook, HHA Exchange, Certiflex, QuickBooks, CFS Payroll and Sales Tax, ATX and ProSeriesThis position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
