Contact us and discover more at http://.amax.comJob Functions: Oversee full accounting cycles Month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations and consolidation Financial and management reporting, analyses, forecasts, budgeting, financial results tracking& analysis, variance and flux analysis, and ad hoc projects Cost accounting, inventory and overhead control and analyses Internal control review and audit, and handle external audit Set up policies and procedures, and enhance the accounting/finance processes Review sales, VAT, property and business tax returns Special project management and accounting for multiple entities Flexible and willing to take more responsibilities as neededEssential Job Requirements: Accounting or business BA or MBA degree 10+ years of experience in US GAAP/IFRS Accounting 5+ years of experience in management or supervisory roles Hands-on experience in consolidation, costing, financial reporting and analyses Must be accurate, organized and detail-oriented Must be motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem solving skills Must have good MS Excel skills Good communication skills, bilingual in English and Chinese Peoplesoft, SAP ERP experiences preferredCompensation: Base salary, health insurance, life insurance, vacation, personal/sick leave, and 401(k) planThis position is located on-site in Fremont, CA Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: One location
