Job Description : CONTROLLERDentons Durham Jones Pinegar is recruiting for a full-time Controller to join our Salt Lake City office.Responsibilities: Perform daily accounting operationsBack-up for many other accounting functions including payroll processingManage accounts receivable, perform and oversee company-wide collection effortsPrepare and present balance sheet, income and cash flow statements with variance analysisAssist with annual financial and payroll auditsPrepare annual state and federal returns, 1099’s 1099B’s and other federal and state tax forms.Financial analysis, forecasting, annual budget creation and oversightCreate and maintain many financial spreadsheetsDevelop, monitor and present business performance metricsOversee regulatory reporting, tax planning and complianceExperience and qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, CPA required5+ years’ experience as a Controller or VP FinanceExperience with branch locations preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced Excel skillsThis is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, team-oriented atmosphere and to enjoy the benefits and resources of a global law firm.
