Position :

Job Description : KBW Finance and Accounting has partnered with a Biotech company in Cambridge in their search for a Controller. The Controller will report to the VP of Finance and will collaborate across all departments. The Controller will be responsible for the following:

Manage monthly financial statement close process
Streamline the month end close process
Prepare and generate financial reports on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
Oversee treasury function
Support budget and forecasting
Manage staff of 3-5
Assist with annual audits
Ad hoc projects
Qualifications:

BS in Accounting
10+ years of accounting experience
Industry experience and/or Big 4 public accounting experience
Management experience
Excellent communication skills

Salary is up to $210K + bonus/equity DOE
