Job Description : ControllerRonks, PAApply your business expertise in a small business setting where you can be involved in Accounting, IT, Marketing & HRConduct daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Account Reconciliation, etc.Prepare financials and generate accounting reportsMaintain your knowledge of federal and state policies and directives and current accounting standardsProvide all the financial information for tax returns to our AccountantCoordinate the onboarding process for new employees and stay involved by sitting in on employee review meetings with managers and keeping employment recordsServe as a link between managers and employees by handling questions and resolving work-related issuesAdminister compensation and benefits, analyze appropriate raises and cost of living adjustments, and submit payroll bi-weeklyManage IT resources overseeing all communications included in resolving issues, submitting trouble tickets and resolutions with the outside IT company and our phone services provider.Oversee new software implementationTroubleshoot issues and collaborate with marketing company regarding the E-commerce website and monitor customer feedbackEnjoy a flexible work schedule that allows for up to 2 days of remote work (3 days in the office)Paradise Concrete Solutions, located in Lancaster County, PA, is a one-stop shop for contractors, professionals, and DIY-ers wanting to create high-quality and durable concrete projects. We respect your need for a good work-life balance.Our Ideal Controller: Experienced: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a B2B, manufacturing, or retail background and ready to step into a Controller role.Loves Small Business: Excited to step into a small business experiencing steady growth.
