Job Description : Riverdale Mills is hiring! We are located in Northbridge just 15 minutes from Northern RI and 15 minutes from Worcester.The Controller will manage the accounting department and maintain an effective system of accounting records and controls to ensure accuracy of reported financial results in compliance with GAAP.Controller Requirements: B.S. in Accounting or FinanceA valid CPA License (Preferred)5-7 years progressive experience in a manufacturing environmentAnalytical experienceStrong cost accounting knowledgeStrong systems skills: excel, SAP, PowerPointSAP experience a plusIf you are a proactive person who takes pride and ownership in your contribution, have excellent attention to detail and want to be part of a growing organization, this could be your next long-term role.Controller Essential Functions: Ensure accurate preparation and timely dissemination of financial management information including but not limited to financial analysis, internal financial statements, annual budgets.Oversee all accounting services as required including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, GL, fixed assets and cost accounting.Manage customer credit limits and ensure timely collections of receivables.Analyze operational and financial results, including KPI’s and business drivers.Budgeting and forecasting of manufacturing costs, direct labor and fixed expenses.Prepare various daily and monthly management reportsEstablish and manage dashboards.Provide administrative support of ERP system (SAP ByDesign).Support CFO and CEO as required.BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental/vision, 401(k), Profit Sharing and PTOAbout UsRiverdale Mills is the leading American manufacturer of premium quality welded wire mesh fabrics used in the marine, security, construction and agriculture industries.
