Job Description : As a Cooperate Accountant , you will assume the role of a minor accountant and will be responsible for the overall management of the Accounts Payable cycle, including its software, posting, accuracy, and relaying information when needed. Basic information should slowly transform to a more in-depth understanding of the various processes and their purposes, functions, and overall accounting principles.

Primary Duties Include:

Process vendor invoices beginning from entry into electronic approval workflow software through the posting of approved invoices into accounting system for payment.
Analyze and communicate discrepancies with unpaid vendor invoices with the invoice approver
Maintain vendor files when necessary
Perform scanning and electronic filing of documents
Perform other general administrative tasks as needed

Work hours will be scheduled during regular business hours – Monday through Friday – 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
