Job Description : Dynamic National, Inc. is a commercial roofing and construction company established in 2009, with Headquarters in metro Denver, Colorado. We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Controller to oversee our financial operations.The right person for this role will be someone whose expertise translates into optimized financial operations and increased profitability and should demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial management principles and have extensive experience in a similar role.Corporate Controller Responsibilities: § Responsible for directing the organizations accounting functions, providing controllership and accounting expertise for the organization§ Develop KPIs, dashboards, job reports, monthly financials, quarterly financials, and board decks.§ Manage lender relationship and covenant reporting.§ Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately, timely, and completely in accordance with GAAP and that the books are closed each Period on a time basis§ Support the back up the function’s of AP and AR§ Lead and coordinate the preparation and analyses of budget and financial forecasts and report variances§ Propose recommendations that align with the company’s financial strategy§ Assist with Month End Financial Reporting§ Establish strong relationships with inter-departmental stakeholders and be the “go to” accounting source in the Company§ Prepare financial information and KPI’s for Board of Directors§ Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data§ Perform internal audits and financial risk assessments, as well as facilitate intervention strategies§ Monitor closing processes, billing, invoicing, expenses, reimbursements, and payroll administration§ Maximize returns on excess cash balances and improving closing and reporting cycles§ Oversee financial and accounting staff and analyzing profit center performance metrics§ Document processes and ensure compliance with financial management and accounting regulationsOther essential responsibilities include: Cash management, Wip development and analysis, audit preparation, system improvements, Control Environment Implementation, Fleet Card Management, Credit Card Program Management, and other projects as assigned.Corporate Controller Requirements: § Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in accounting, finance, or a similar field.§ Experience using SAGE software is desired§ Construction Accounting expertise is essential§ Strong knowledge of GAAP§ Self-directed and able to meet deadlines with professional, quality results§ Experience implementing new software and systems§ Leadership experience overseeing financial and accounting teams§ Extensive experience in corporate finances, auditing, and performance management.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 – $175,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Centennial, CO 80122: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:GAAP: 5 years (Required)Accounting: 5 years (Required)Work Location: One location
