Job Description : Our client is a turnkey Contract Manufacturer for Clean Tech Components and Systems with 70+ employees.The Company has grown 50% over the past 4 years and plans to do so again over the next 4 years. To help us achieve this goal, we are looking for an experienced Cost Accountant with Accounts Payable and Month End Close experience in a Manufacturing Environment.Job Description: AccountantAccounts Payable: Prints supplier invoices, enters invoices in Epicor, prepares weekly supplier checks and ACH payments and uses the BOA web to process the transactions.Payroll: Monitors weekly employee time off and prepares spreadsheet which is uploaded to offsite payroll provider.Variance Analysis: Daily review of completed manufacturing jobsMonth End Preparation and Closing: Balance Sheet reconciliations, journal entry and P&L review.Fixed Asset Management: Ad-Hoc reporting for Month End Analysis: Education / Experience / Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting plus 5 years of experience.Experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred.Proficiency working with an established ERP system (Client uses Epicor).Strong skill set in Microsoft Office products.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental & Life Insurance401K Retirement plan with Company MatchPaid time off (Vacation, Sick, Holiday)Full Time$60,000-$80,000Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
