Job Description : Summary: Responsible for maintaining accurate standard costs, reporting on actual vs. standard, inventory reporting, variance analysis, and assisting the controller with all duties and responsibilities.Essential Functions: Reconciliation of GL inventory accounts monthlySales orders cancellation analysisMonitoring standard costs for accuracyWork with external auditors in annual audit of financial statementsMonitor BOM set ups to control costsMeet deadlinesAccountable for quality of workAccountable for accurate and timely recording of information on specified documentsAccountable for proper use and care of equipment and materials issued to work areaRequirements: 2-5 years professional accounting experience. Previous general ledger accounting and process manufacturing experience is preferable.Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferableExcellent interpersonal communication skillsStrong knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft ApplicationsWorking Knowledge and experience with spreadsheets and word processingExtremely organizedMust be able to understand, speak, read and write in English in order to perform the essential functions of the job as they relate to comprehension of laws, regulations standards, documents and other internal and external communications.Must be able to work with little supervisionMust be accurate and timely in recording informationWork Conditions: Regularly subject to normal office environment.Occasionally subject to normal warehouse and production environmentEducation/Experience: * *BS in Accounting or Finance is preferred****Location: 5001 Industrial WayJob Type: Full-time
