We are seeking a Business Analyst who is strong in cost and inventory analysis that will join the team in Bethlehem, PA and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives based on thorough cost analysis, challenging the status quo with intention to bring about the positive changes. You will work with Production, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and Maintenance teams and be the trusted advisor to the Site Operations Management team.Responsibilities:Perform loss-tree analysis to identify areas for Cost OptimizationClosely monitor productivity and suggest ways to improveWeekly/monthly tracking of factory spend against Budget by department, explain the variance and suggest mitigation measures by closely working with department headsOptimize inventory management – improve inventory accuracy/inventory aging/health analysisProactively analyze service and quality performance, support owner departments to identify and quantify improvement opportunities; support to develop action plans accordinglyIdeal Candidate:Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Accounting/Finance3-5 years of experience within manufacturing or production environmentsStrong data analytical skills; structured analytical thinkingExperience with Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous ImprovementAbility to integrate and excel in teamsAction/Result orientedJob Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 – $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
