Job Description : Counselling Psychologist (Couples)As a Counselling Psychologist , you will be responsible for providing counselling, psychotherapy and follow up care to adults, couples and families along with formulating treatment plans and crisis intervention for them. This vision comes to life through skilled and compassionate individuals like you.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate mental and emotional disorders and provide counselling, psychotherapy and follow-up care to adults, couples and familiesFormulate plans of treatment, and provide referral to other mental health professionals based on assessmentsProvide crisis intervention in situations requiring immediate psychological treatmentParticipate in educational programs, in-service meetings, clinician meetings, and workshops to enhance professional developmentInstruct and direct students serving psychological internshipsDevelop and implement non clinical research programs and studiesDevelop, manage and implement mental health projects in collaboration with other professionalsMaintain a social and medical profile on the Internet and different social media platformsAttend and participate in peer supervision, and continuous learningEvaluate future potential psychologists that enter the ecosystemConsult with other therapists and related professional and paraprofessional staff in the performance of therapeutic, managerial roles and caseworkEligibility CriteriaMasters/ M.Phil Degree Psychology2+ years of experience as a Counselling Psychologist having worked with adults and couplesMinimum 3 Indian Languages knownExcellent multitasking skillsGood time-management skillsAttention to detailGreat leadership skillsPassionate to work in mental health spaceWorking ConditionsThis is a full-time role at Heart It Out and not an internship.At present, this position is being offered offlineWe are inclusive and supportive as a community, and we welcome you to join this crusade!Interested?
