Roles and Responsibilities
Formulate and enhance the customer engagement strategy that can be executed on Website and Mobile
Design campaigns for customer activation and engagement on the Mobile app and website including App Store and SEO optimization strategy
Manage campaigns with daily tracking to ensure quality and timely delivery of initiatives
Analyze user generated data to derive behavioral insights and optimize campaigns accordingly
Create mobile marketing dashboard and maintain ownership
Manage and collaborate with external and internal partners and stakeholders
Continuously optimize and enhance user experience on the mobile app for purchase and service transactions
Keeping abreast with latest trends on mobile app in the market
Desired Candidate Profile
B.Tech/ BE Qualified
Should have app development and management experience;
Alumni from e-commerce, new age fin tech companies will be ideal.
3+ years of experience required.
