Job Description : Job DescriptionWe are looking for an SEM/SMM expert to manage paid marketing campaigns including Google search, display & Social Media.The Paid marketing Specialist capable of managing all types of ads across search engine and social media platforms. A successful SEM Specialist who is able to effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the SEO and Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, minimize cpc, increase ctr, drive traffic etc.ResponsibilitiesExecute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid campaignsTrack, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaignsManage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepanciesOptimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaignsPerform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimizationResearch and analyze competitor advertising linksHelp Sales team with research, projections to pitch new clients.Requirements and skillsProven SEM/SMM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, facebook and instagram etcWell-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisitionUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google, Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin paid campaigns for leads .In-depth experience with bid management skills & tools.Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Tag Manager etc)Familiarity with SEO Tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Semrush etc)Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM/SMM reports.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹333,106.00 – ₹679,500.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleInternet reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftEvening shiftFlexible shiftMorning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusApplication Question(s):How many years of experience on social media marketingHow many years of experience in facebook Ad campaignEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Digital marketing: 3 years (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
