Job Description : Job descriptionWe are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can help envisage, drive and executestrategy, branding and lead generation campaigns.The candidate will have creative, analytical, digital and commercial responsibilities.The Digital Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with a small team to ensure the effectiveand efficient execution of functions and also be hands on himself/herself.Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and analysing of market trends Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them. Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets Exploring ways of improving existing products & services packaging Managing the production of promotional material Work in both offline & online marketing strategies Managing campaigns on social media Enhancing user experience and brand image communication approaches Organising events and product exhibitions Liaising with other internal departments such as sales & content Producing reports to monitor results Presenting findings and suggestions to companyRequirements: Experience: 4-6 years marketing experience Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts Excellent communication skills and networking ability Adaptability Numerical skills Think creatively Be able to respond well to pressure Work well in a team have a good business awareness Be able to work within a budgetJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Digital marketing: 4 years (Preferred)total work: 4 years (Preferred)
