Job Description : Selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:Designing and developing conversational chatbots for WhatsApp Business APICleaning/analyzing the data coming from bot conversationDeveloping a system for auto-responding to the requests received by the serverDeveloping different systems for a survey, poll, quiz, daily quiz, appointment, etc.Working on the integration with various CRM/ERP/Databases, etc.Defining recurring questions that can be handled automatically/defined by the clientImproving dialog flow to handle those recurring questions/developing new actionsHelping with the handling of multilingual supportJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
