Job Description : Social media & paid campaigns – responsible for managing the online presence of events and brand. Social networking tools such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google+ allow businesses to engage with their consumers in real time. In addition, responsible for ensuring that the website is easily found by the target audience. Optimising website structure and content for search engines (SEO) and/or the use of paid online advertising (SEM).
· From the monitoring of specific campaigns, collaborating with the different teams around the business on best practice and innovations. Integrate recommendations into the “design” phase as we continually improve our marketing automation program
· Lead the implementation of campaign automation for event marketing teams
· Understand and help develop the data and data structures, in addition to ensuring the quality and usability of data is maintained to help execute better campaigns and drive greater ROI
· Continually monitor, analyse and edit campaigns to maximise campaign effectiveness, and prospect engagement
· Drive awareness and engagement across the business regarding campaign and sales management, including profiling and registration with the relevant business teams
· Apart from the above coordination with third party for smooth functioning of forms to determine the source of registrations
· Having a digital agency background
Owned assets and projects – coordinate the design and functionality of a company website, working alongside the global team to learn & adapt the available feature
· Maintaining websites for a B2B audience with a content management system
· Assist with testing and applying new website components
· Assist with the technical integration of digital event platforms
· Assist with the organisations’ domain administration
· Liaise with stakeholders (designers, in-house departments, global tech teams)
· Keep up to date with current digital trends.
Digital strategy – responsible for creating and implementing the digital strategy to ensure online objectives are met.
· To work on online platforms for running of webinars/events/interviews
· To create packages to incentivise the online sales
· Exhibitor listing at websites during the event
Skillset
· Experience with enterprise content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
· Strong IT skills and an affinity for technology
· Analytical mindset
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Organised, attention to detail and ability to be self-directed
· Capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
· Fluent in English (verbal + written) plus one of the following languages
