Job Description
Our company is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to be the head of our digital marketing team.
Requirements
– Demonstrable experience leading and managing PPC/PPP, SEO/SEM, email marketing, Send Marketing Messages (SMS) and digital ad campaigns
– Familiar with marketing and web analytics tools.
– User experience knowledge and optimisation of customer experience funnels and landing pages.
– Hands on experience with market research, analyzing customer profile, understanding buying behavior, conversion rate optimisation and business growth planning.
– Solid understanding of ecommerce industry
Responsibilities
– Understand market, industry trends, segments, growth opportunities and customer needs.
– Develop a holistic marketing plan for better brand positioning, brand consistency and brand awareness
– Design strategy and roadmap for SEO/SEM, Content Marketing, email marketing, and ad campaigns.
– Build and maintain social media presence.
– Measure ROI and KPIs and other metrics to validate the success of marketing campaigns.
– Develop a website traffic plan and create goals to meet.
– Update and manage company blog, e-newsletter, and social media
– Use analytical abilities to assess the experience of leads over multiple channels.
– Provide internal reports to stakeholders on a regular basis
– Research and forecast future sales and performance trends.
– Analyze value proposition of competitors and suggest improvements
