For us, that means generating leads, converting customers, and helping to turn our products & services into the best within industry.Basically, if you’re the kind of person who gets excited by Google algorithm updates, watches Neil Patel & Jon Loomer for fun, and wants to play a leading role in the most efficient team the real estate market has ever seen, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities and DutiesResponsibilitiesIdentifying, developing, and evaluating our company’s marketing strategy and plan for all our existing as well as future clients.Working with the campaign strategy team to develop digital strategy based on market trendsImplementing lead acquisition/nurturing/outreach/remarketing campaigns spread across multiple channelsHiring and managing digital marketing staffSetting, and achieving short and long-term marketing planning and goals for digitalCoordinating and participating in promotional and inbound marketing activities, working with writers, to market our products and servicesIntegrating App-To-App communication networks between all digital channels (Facebook to CRM, CRM to AdWords lists, etc.)You will be working closely with designers, partners and customers so it is essential your communication and planning skills are top notchWriting kickass ad copies across all marketing platforms. More importantly, writing ad copies that CONVERT and achieve business goalsExamining ways to improve conversion rates and coming up with campaign recommendationsQualifications and SkillsRequirements4+ years of commercial experience marketing digital contentAcute knowledge of AdWords, Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, UTM ParametersExperience working with a team with diverse skillsetsExcellent knowledge of inbound marketing and analytical software/metric analysisExperience with drip marketingBe extremely well organized, have experience in project/staff management and know how to get the most out of staffHave been involved in search marketing or paid social media campaignsKnow how to build a powerful online brandTons and tons of copywriting experience. Anything goes à blogs, articles for SEO, well thought out YouTube comments, anything! Bonus if you’ve written plenty of Ad copies!Knowledge of state-of-the-art tools like Zapier.
