Honeywell International is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the company’s marketing automation and digital marketing activities on a global level. You will join a team of passionate marketing professionals and be a major player in Honeywell’s digital evolution. Focus areas for this critical role are developing and executing programs for e-mail and nurture campaigns, lead scoring, forms, landing pages and virtual events, along with many other marketing automation activities such as reporting. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also ensure that the Honeywell brand and online experience is maintained throughout all digital marketing activities, as well maintaining the utmost quality with all programs.
Responsibilities:
Develop end-to-end marketing automation programs in Marketo including emails, nurture campaigns, landing pages, tracking, forms, templates, lists, virtual events/webinars, lead scoring, demand waterfall workflows, etc.
Query data from multiple sources including SalesForce.com and Marketo
Ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns while ensuring best in class quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders across the business, spanning multiple regions and languages.
Leverage knowledge of best practices to improve campaigns and take them to the next level.
Provide regular reporting analysis along with recommendations for areas of improvement.
Utilize issue-tracking system to record, prioritize, communicate, and track relevant requests
Qualifications:
Education/Training/Work Experience: Associate Degree or High School diploma required. BA or BS degree preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years prior work experience in a related role.
2+ years of experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com is a must. Marketo certifications preferred.
Familiarity with email and web design including layout, usability, basic HTML/CSS code, graphic design and related technologies is required. Email QA skills important.
Experience with Adobe systems such as Dreamweaver is essential to this position.
Understanding of GDPR, CANSPAM, CCPA and other global data privacy and email regulations.
Experience with ON24 or other webinar platforms is preferred.
Ability to work in a team setting and have a strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and have the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Must have a global perspective.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
