Your Role and Responsibilities
Build the Digital Strategy aimed at making our offerings hyper-discoverable.
Focus on developing a strong organic footprint by optimizing the performance of web pages and the web visitor journey as measured by traffic, engagement, and conversion KPIs
Optimize on-site content for maximum visibility and ranking in all search engines. This includes site structure as well as page layout and navigation considerations.
Create/update the paid media plan (Banner & Display + Content Syndication) in line with the campaign needs. Ensure that the agency media team executes the media plan properly
Ensure optimal ROI from Paid Search investments
Work with the team to ensure that messages / narratives are consistent across all digital touchpoints
Track the performance for digital and deliver against KPIs. Extract web/digital results and analyse data to adjust strategies and tactics that lead to increasing traffic and engagement.
Have a very good understanding of data and analytics tools to look at web / digital performance
Have a strong focus on Hypothesis building, Testing and Optimization of our messages, offers & content across the digital channels
From a discovery perspective : Implement SEO and site-search. Optimize navigation, page performance, indexation, fix errors, metatag optimization, competitor analysis.
From a conversion perspective: Analyse web customer journeys, Diagnose performance issues using web behavioural and marketing analytics, Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to drive continuous improvement.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Cross Organization Communication and Motivation: Act as the voice of the Kyndryl brand externally and drive positive team outcomes by working and communicating effectively with marketing teams, agency advertising teams, and media teams as well as with external media companies.
SEO Strategy and Execution: Create and launch SEO programs for the Kyndryl website, identify areas of improvement and ensure that sites are technically optimized to attract and engage those visitors that closely match the agreed profile of the target audience.
Paid Search Strategy and Execution: Understand paid search including how the channel best interacts with other paid and organic channels to achieve organizational goals and meet specific success criteria within given constraints.

Client-Centric: Continuously obtain and review customer feedback to ensure the work you do focuses on your customer’s needs, concerns and experiences.
Analytical & Data Driven: The practice of critically examining data, developing insights, setting objectives, developing and testing hypotheses, conducting post- analysis, reviewing and optimizing, as well as reporting on the solutions implemented.
Agile: Focus on the customer or business value to develop solutions in a fast and iterative way, while being flexible, adaptive, and continuously improving. Teams are collaborative and self-directed.
Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: The ability to use knowledge, facts, and data to react decisively and effectively in order to assess problems and find solutions.
Strategic Thinking: Understand how both overall business and marketing strategies apply to my Discipline, and the role we play in contributing to the company’s strategy.
Strategic Planning: The ability to apply strategic thinking to my Discipline to define strategies, make decisions on allocating resources to pursue the strategy, and develop control mechanisms (for ex. needs assessment, budgets, communications etc.) for guiding the implementation of the strategy.
Project Management: The practice of initiating, planning, executing, coordinating, controlling, and closing the work to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria within given constraints.
Leadership & Management: The ability to determine business priorities, tie them back to the business, inspire others to be on board, and motivate people to do the work required, while helping to progress the day-to-day activities.
