Director of Accounting
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid work environment)
Salary: $120K-$135K
Industry: Real Estate
This is an exciting opportunity to become a Director of Accounting for a real estate company. Our client is looking for an individual who is driven, has strong leadership skills, and is looking for a company offering career growth and a great culture. The ideal candidate has 6-10 years of accounting experience including public accounting and real estate industry experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire accounting function and month end process
Review acquisition and disposition JEs, debt service payments, and various journal entries and account reconciliations
Set up processes and procedures to support public company control environment and reporting
Assist with accounting software implementation
Requirements:
Mix of Big 4 and industry experience highly preferred
6-10 years of relevant accounting experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
CPA Required
