Job Description : Overview:

The Dispatch Assistant conducts a variety of clerical and administrative functions in support of the Local and Long-Distance Dispatch operations teams. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material, and customized correspondence. Assists in data entry, preparation of reports, record keeping and timesheet submissions. Directs and responds to incoming messages, assists in maintenance of job records, documentation and other tasks as directed.
Responsibilities:
Reviews and completes Pre-Existing Damages Audit forms for accuracy and completion
Reviews and completes Quality/Photo Compliance forms for accuracy and completion
Utilizes uploaded documents to complete daily On Term Profit Tracking
Inspects Service Activities (SAs) resources and storage to ensure pallets/trucks are accurate
Inputs inventory sticker LOT# for previous day’s SAs
Push daily jobs if previous SAs are uploaded
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly.
Experience with the operation and maintenance of commercial vehicles a plus.
