Job Description : Job descriptionRolesManage end-to-end business (store, sell, ship) for the company while managing business growth, marketing on online platforms, inventory management and planning and ensuring great customer service.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth: Manage & grow business through E-commerce platforms like Amazon,Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio etc. and also help develop brand’s own websiteAdd new channels for sales both online & offlineList products regularly on ecommerce platforms to maintain a healthy and growing catalog size as per required standards (A+ content)Manage Live catalogue for regular updation of price, stock, etc.Run online promotions (Ad campaigns)Business Management: Manage end-to-end order processing function (order fulfillment), maintaining superior account health across ecommerce portalsInventory & stock Management, including checking for quality (QC) of existing and new productsReturns & claims management across ecommerce platformsMaintain & consolidate financial documents for accounting purpose, to be shared with Finance team as per set timelinesReconciling paymentsReporting: Preparing regular weekly/monthly sales & inventory reportsCompetitive analysisBusiness planning for each monthDesired Candidate ProfileAn ideal candidate for the role would:Have extensive and complete knowledge & experience of how to sell, grow & build online business from scratch through ecommerce channels like online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and Social Media (Facebook,Instagram, etc.)Have good understanding of the marketing spends, promotional channels, and platform specific processes to build an online brandBe an advanced user of MS Excel to be able to maintain database, create catalogues and generate reportsBe driven, motivated and committed to building a business together with the leadership of the company and be willing to take ownership of all business functions including SalesHave great analytical ability and eye for detailBe skilled in deep diving into the role to identify any bottlenecks in business processes and suggesting appropriate solutionsKeep customer in the center of all strategic / tactical decisionsHave a knack of making things simpler for your customers and team membersPossess good communication skills and intellect to be able to understand the’job to be done’ and communicate effectivelyExcel in fast paced and evolving start-up environment while working autonomously, taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectivesBe willing to take on additional responsibilities as the business & operations growJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:E-commerce: 2 years (Preferred)Willingness to travel:100% (Preferred)Application Deadline: 13/03/2022
