Job Description : Rose & Responsibilities 1. Driving the sales performance of the website and e-commerce platforms2. Managing and executing promotional campaigns3. Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps4. Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments5. Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment6. Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance.7. Product listing on marketplaces with keywords.8. Regular hygiene check of the listings.9. Establishing relationships and opening accounts with various market places such as Nykaa, Myntra, TataCliq etc.Key Requirements 1. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.2. A prior experience in a similar role. Experience with digital marketing is a plus.3. Experience in skincare, beauty, and personal care is a plus.4. A creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.5.
