WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Drive dealer & customer satisfaction by developing diagnostics & troubleshooting for best-in-class uptime
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop diagnostic, troubleshooting and repair information to support best-in-class customer uptime
Take a practical, hands-on approach to deliver in line with dealer and market expectations
Co-ordination use case development between engineering, Product Support and other internal functions
Support the current product improvement teams with diagnostic expertise
Assist troubleshooting / use case validation physically in the field and using data analytics
Be the reference for industry benchmarks and best practices for diagnostics & troubleshooting

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical background with experience in a product support, training or quality role
Hands-on experience in a diagnostic / troubleshooting environment
Logical and rigorous problem-solving approach
Formal technical qualification in mechanical, agricultural engineering or similar
Knowledge and experience in an agricultural environment
High level of autonomy / self-starter with ability to drive results
ICT skilled (including familiarity with Microsoft applications and preferably diagnostic tools)
Organizational skills with the ability to participate in and lead cross-functional teams
Language skills: English as a primary requirement. Other languages would be an advantage
Experience in a dealer environment would be an advantage
