Mission :
Cooperate in the development of vocational training concepts and comprehensive qualification measures
Support the investment and budget planning within the area of responsibility
Maintain contacts with educational organisations (e.g. vocational training schools, chambers, etc.)
Plan, adapt and coordinate flow charts and their training contents
Supervise the company’s deployment locations (e.g. maintain contacts, exchange information regarding the training etc.)
Cooperate in the determination of the demand for apprentices and deviate recommendations for actions
Organise and monitor a demand-oriented and purposeful vocational training
Recruit and support the selection of apprentices
Convey capabilities and skills for the corresponding job
Technically and disciplinary supervise apprentices (e.g. instruct, promote, motivate and assess apprentices, conduct appraisal interviews, etc.)
Check work results; deviate measures as required
Organise and conduct exams
Cooperate in superordinate measures and actions (e.g. support marketing events such as exhibitions, etc.)
Coordinate and conduct maintenance work according to specifications (e.g. check equipment, etc.)
Develop the optimization of processes, equipment and systems
Assure the compliance with process and procedure instructions
Implement safety, health and environmental protection regulations within the scope of legislation
Profile :
Engineer degree in technical field (mechatronics , Electric, Mechanic, or similar )
Minimum 03 years’ of experience in automotive field
knowlege in MS Office and 3D design tools ( catia , solidworks .proteus…)
Good knowledge in milling and turning process
Prefect English.
Good communication skills.
