Job Description : Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in technology/engineering, providing product vision and roadmaps, leading end-to-end product development
Experience developing Internet products and technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with product focus for full-stack, front-end and consumer-oriented products.
Experience in building competent teams.
Experience as a people manager, with the ability to show empathy and care for a team.
Ability to work effectively amidst ambiguity.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with sound technical abilities in areas(s) related to user-facing products, and/or highly scalable and fault-tolerant software infrastructure.
Passion for the mission to build and create for NBU markets.

Google Pay is a worldwide consumer app with the mission of making money simple. This includes everything related to payments in its various forms, as well as new financial services. Like Google’s own ambitions, the work of a Software Engineer (SWE) goes way beyond just Search. As a SWE Manager, you will manage your project goals, contribute to product strategy and help develop your team. As an Engineering Director, you will grow the engineering site and lead Payments from that site.

Own several features of a global app in the innovating world of payments. Build relationships with leading academic, government, and corporate institutions.
Represent the site within Google.
