Job Description : Sub : Required Fresher Female instructor for Kumon Kalyan Nagar Center. BangaloreKumon is looking full-time female instructor who should have basic understanding of English and are passionate about teaching & working with kids. Kumon is after school ability-building program for kids where they are nurtured with the required skills, right attitude, and logical understanding that helps them to self-study concepts beyond their school grade level.Please consider the following points before applying Note : Should be residing within the radius of 8 to 15 Kms Kalyannagar pincode 560043.The Working hours will be from Monday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm and Saturday from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm(Friday and Sunday will be holiday)Job Responsibilities: Proficient with Senior School English, to grasp the Kumon Level contents.Provide individualized instruction to each student based on their learning ability.Guide Children to self-Learn from the content of courseware, refrain from explaining.Create individualized study plan (Class work and homework assignments) for children based on the improvement area for the childCommunicate with students, parents & other staff members the goal and plan for every child so that all our working in sync for achieving the same goal for every child.Assess, grade and record students’ progress assignmentsCoordinate weekly feedback to parents on the child’s progress Share Level plans and goals for children with parentsConduct orientations and coordinate new enrollmentsMaintain a tidy and orderly classroom child recordActively participate and contribute to company’s PR activitiesCollaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetingsBased on practical experience innovate processes to bring in efficiency in regular work.Competencies and Skills Required: * Mathematics expertise along with strong English communication skill is required.Ability to 1st model to child, then do it together with the child, further wait with patience to allow the child to tryKeen observation skills to understand the thinking process of a child rather than form perception.Innovative idea to guide the child to achieve greatest results in shortest time.Adapt to Kumon methodology quickly & willing to learn the course-ware.Attention to detail while working with children and completing task.Interview Rounds: Written test in English (High school -8th std curriculum)Aptitude testEducation:B.Com., B.Sc., B.Sc.(Hons.), B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BBM, BCA, BCM, Diploma 1 Yr., Diploma 2 Yr., Diploma 3 Yr.Work Experience: 0 – 1 YearsSalary1,50,000/- to 2,00,000 Lakhs per annumJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
