Job Description : Executive Assistant Responsibilities:Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documentsFiling and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reportsResearching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executivesHelping prepare for meetingsAccurately recording minutes from meetingsGreeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executivesUsing various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation softwareMaking travel arrangements for the managementExperience as a virtual assistantOpening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondenceProvide general administrative supportExecutive Assistant Requirements:Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experienceIn-depth understanding of entire MS Office suiteHigh school diploma or graduate in any streamAbility to organize a daily workload by prioritiesMust be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environmentA proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skillsProfessional level verbal and written communications skillsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Off.
