Job Description : We need a Female Executive Assistant to the MD is a fundamental role to the business, providing an exceptional level of support to the MD. As part of the operations team, you’ll also work with our General Manager and the Office Manager from time to time. This role requires a high level of attention and focus – constantly ensuring that the needs and requirements of the MD are pre-empted, and effectively managed at all times. Exceptional relationship skills and being highly organized are a must. You will always be thinking one step ahead, be a strong communicator and a master influencer.Key responsibilities: Diary and calendar management for MDEmail/inbox management for MDScreening phone calls for MDAnticipating needs at all times: briefing for meetings, document preparationManagement and coordination of agendas for 1:1 and direct report meetings with MDAttend all senior leadership meetings to create agendas, take minutes and provide reportingSupport across all social media channels for MDTravel bookings and managementManage PR, media and speaking engagements for MDSupport with HR processesPersonal – additional ad hoc supportPre-empting the MD needsSupport MD with managing Partnerships teamSupport MD with technology requirements RelationshipsYou will work closely with and report to the MDYou will work closely with the General ManagerYou will work closely with the wider team Skills and traitsStrong relationship and influencing skillsPrevious experience in an EA or Operations roleJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Morning shiftSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
