Job Description : Preferred Qualification: · Min. Experience of 5-6 years is a must· Should have a Dip. in Pharm or B. Pharm preferably· Should have good communication & computer essential skills· Good command over Written/Verbal English &· Knowledge of Retail marketing, Supply chain & Generic & Branded medicinal productsJob Responsibilities: 1. Seeking and appointing reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality pharmaceutical products at reasonable prices and negotiating prices and contracts as per specification and quality and quantity.2. Maintain records of products ordered and received and safe keeping of such record for the future reference.3. Responsible for controlling purchasing department budget not exceed from the budgeted amount.4. Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.5. Keep multiple vendors for particular product to avoid any monopoly and depend on one vendor.6. Vendor Development & Management7. Responsible for product specification and approval from vendor to avoid any damage to the company.8. Maintain sample products at Head office for future reference.9. Ensuring 0% rejection of inward materials.10. Maintain good communication with Warehouse team for proper stock control and delivery on time.11. Update to the Management about non-moving products as and when required with plan if any to move the same.12.
