Job Description : We “Grand Port Hospital” are 600 beds, upcoming tertiary care hospital alongwith planned Medical College in Wadala East, Mumbai suburbs, spread in 11 acres of land, under PPP (Public Private Partnership) between Mumbai Port Trust Hospital and Dr. Ajeenkya DY Patil Group. Our group will be revamping and modernizing the existing hospital in terms of look, feel and technology and build another new hospital and medical college setup beside the same of international quality and standard. The Hospital will be operated by the ADYPatil Group for Port Trust employees and general public. Already hospital is running with around daily 600 OPDs and IPD of 125 beds. Hospital will be equipped with modern equipments including 3T MRI, 256 Slice CT, Cathlab, Fully Automated Pathlab & BB etc.Requirement: Finance and Accounts profile with 10-15 Years of Experience. B.Com/ M.Com, preferably a CA (mandatory).Job Responsibilities:Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the companyUse financial modeling to simulate financial scenariosPresent potential scenarios and outcomes to management teamManage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documentsCollaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategiesExamine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principlesDevelop or recommend solutions for problems or situations.Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should takeMaintain the financial health of the organization.Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.Proven strategic planning experience at the management levelProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointDemonstrated creative and critical thinking skillsAble to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and presentation skillsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shiftLicense/Certification:Chartered Accountant (Preferred)
