Job Description : Responsibilities: Manage all accounting transactionsPrepare budget forecastsPublish financial statements in timeHandle monthly, quarterly and annual closings Reconcile accounts payable and receivableEnsure timely bank paymentsCompute taxes and prepare tax returnsManage balance sheets and profit/loss statementsReport on the company’s financial health and liquidityAudit financial transactions and documentsReinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessaryComply with financial policies and regulationsMaintaining of TDS and GST filingMaintaining of Petty Cash*Minimum Qualifications:0-1 years of experience as an AccountantFreshers can applyProficiency in Book- keeping records and maintaining the balance sheetBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting/FinancePreferred Qualifications / Desired Profile:0-1 years of Experience in AccountingCreative mind who knows how to deliver results with limited oversight.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with general ledger functionStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsNegotiations Skills with the Clients/CustomerShould have the knowledge of PF and ESICAdvanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databasesTime ManagementAbout Company:Vardaam Web Solutions Private Limited, formerly known as Web Mechanic, is a more than 12 Years old company, and has served more than 700 B2B and B2C clients in various industry verticals all over the world.
