Major Deliverables and Responsibilities: (Detailed Job Description)

Assume complete ownership of the Financial Accounting – Shared Services operations.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of Reporting with Analysis.
Design all financial processes, ensure updated documentation and compliance and drive process improvements.
Manage Month-end close process in line with updated month close guidelines/Checklist
Oversee preparation of various financial statements and reports circulated internally and externally.
Review Journal entries and account reconciliations
Relationship Management with External agencies like auditors, bankers and other financial service providers.
Lead all the financial audits for timely and successful completion including Statutory, Internal, Tax and CSA.
Support the Controlling team with CSA Schedules and other data queries
Responsible for Fixed Assets module and Insurance
Drive Process improvements and help internal control over financial transactions/Reporting

Required Skills

Familiarity with SAP FI module
Process driven, and must be able to communicate effectively.

Required Experience
Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing set-up
