Job Description : Job Summary: Under the direction of and reporting to the Vice President, the Financial Analyst performs all administrative and clerical functions related to general office duties, billing, compensation and licensing.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate executive communications including; responding to emails and phone calls with clientsEstablish and maintain computerized records systems for departmental records, files, reports, etc., ensuring accuracy and timelinessPreparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices and other documentsSchedule meetings, appointments and manage travel itinerariesCompile, summarize and record information to include numeric calculations, ensuring accurate, up-to-date information using the appropriate softwareInitiate correspondence and documents in accordance with specific procedures, ensuring accurate, timely completionAssist with monitoring office supply reorder needs and provide the appropriate personnelPerform other duties and responsibilities as requested or requiredMinimum Qualifications: Four years high school and six to twelve months related experience; or a combination of education and experience. Proficient in using software such as Microsoft OfficeAbility to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to prepare correspondence, reports, memos, etc. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and other employees of the organizationAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situationsAbility to pass a background checkPhysical and Mental Demands: While performing the duties of this job, it is required to frequently sit, stand, walk, talk or hear; uses hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. On occasion, it may be required to climb and work in high places, stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. Must occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
