Job Description : Our client is a publicly traded Tech company seeking a highly knowledgeable individual to assist their SEC Reporting team as an SEC/Technical Reporting Manager. The project is expected to be a 3 month long engagement with a potential to extend.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Director and Sr. Manager with a number of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting initiatives including supporting their Q1 Close and 10Q, assisting with their ASC 842 Implementation, and assist with Stock Comp and Equity Edge implementationAdditionally, the Interim SEC Reporting Consultant willAssist in 10K and 10Q filings for SEC reporting requirementsResponsible for performing monthly and quarterly close activities and analysis for vehicles, fixed assets, prepayments, etcReconcile related accounts, prepare related journal entries and reports for auditors and managementPrepare monthly workpapers and manage month end close deliverablesMust Haves:Public Company or Public Accounting experienceJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $70.00 – $100.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Health insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:SEC Reporting: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:CPA (Required)Work Location: Remote
