Job Description : We are looking for an financial controller, with a valid CPA license, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.ResponsibilitiesPrepare timely monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for joint venture partnersSupport parent company’s 10k and 10Q issuancesPrepare consolidating trial balancePrepare GAAP financial statements and related footnotesWork closely with external auditors for timely completion of audited financial statementsPrepare annual budget and financial forecasts and report variancesUpdate and create cash flow modelsCoordinate the preparation of regulatory reportingResearch technical accounting issues for complianceManage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filingsDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsAdditional controller duties as necessarySkills5 to 8 years of accounting experience (includes 4 years in public accounting).
