Position Vision:

The Financial Controller: is a high-performing team member who shares in the vision/goals of the Company and works to assist the finance, accounting, and legal department with projects and larger company-wide initiatives.

This individual is goal-driven, determined to reach their full potential, unafraid to push themselves to grow, eager for feedback, teachable, humble, and hungry to make an impact. The Financial Controller is highly organized, able to work alone and with a team, assists the finance, accounting, and legal team, someone who embraces efficiency, yet measures twice and cuts once. This person has a background in business/finance/accounting and understands the basic concepts of each of those fields.

To be successful in the position, you need to:

Be highly organized – files, projects, modes of communication, etc.
Be detailed oriented – paying close attention to formatting and presentation, consistency throughout
Be a team player with the ability to work independently as well
Be able to communicate both with the internal team and contractors
Have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

What are your Top Responsibilities?:
Assist Finance, Accounting & Legal team with any tasks as needed
New Sales Tracking and Bi-weekly Payroll
Maintaining QuickBooks and Scoreboard
Accounts Receivable and Client Follow Up
Thinks creatively and shares ideas for improvement in ways to keep track of records and accounting
Payroll Sales Tracking and Submitting
AR Tracking and Follow Up
QBO Clearing Transactions
Onboarding / Offboarding Administrative Tasks
Paying Invoices and Contractors
Process Updates / Efficiency
Reconciling
Various delegated Items from CFO within the areas of Accounting, Finance, or HR

What are the compensation and benefits? :

Salary: $20 / Hour
